| 12 & Under Provincial Team Camp |

Thanks to the Ministry of Health Promotion’s Active 2010 Funding, Synchro Swim Ontario has been able to create their first 12 and Under Provincial Team program that begins this summer. On August 5th Synchro Ontario’s first “Team Ontario - 12 and Under” traveled to Keuka College in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. Athletes and coaches joined forces for a week of team bonding, training, goal setting and FUN!!! Favourite activities – aerobics, eating (cafeteria food can be great) and “show and tell” on Friday when the girls presented their 15 member team routine for the parents. I know the friendships made here will last a lifetime. Click here for team photos. |

Julia Warren was hired as Head/Mentor Coach for the 2006 Ontario Provincial Junior and Senior Teams in January and joining the team for the Senior Program will be Elena Podolsky as Assistant Coach and Kristy McDonnell as Apprentice Coach. The Junior Team will see Jennifer Shaver as Assistant Coach, Katie Hammond as the Apprentice Coach, and Liz Simmie as Junior Team Manager. Press Release |
